What is the project about?

Packs is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) platform that facilitates the efficient management and governance of digital assets for web3 teams. Through its user-friendly interface and robust decision-making tools, teams can seamlessly collaborate and make informed decisions regarding their digital assets.

Who did I collaborate with?

I am currently collaborating on the development of Packs alongside my long-time friend and highly skilled developer and entrepreneur, Tomas Hanacek. Together, we have a history of creating a number of side projects and businesses.

Scope of responsibilities

In my role on the Packs project, I was responsible for a wide range of design-related tasks, including branding and product design (Web app). Additionally, I play a key role in business development, strategy, and partnerships, which are essential to the success of the project.

During development, we faced challenges in creating a user-centric experience, market volatility, a failed pre-seed funding round, and a shift in target audience. Despite these obstacles, our team remained dedicated to delivering a solid product.
