Literati is a kid's book subscription that sends personalized books for every stage of reading, picked by experts. Book curation starts with your reader's preferences, and improves as you provide feedback in our app for iOS or Android.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with Omri Buzi, the Head of Product at Literati.

Scope of responsibilities

As a freelance designer, I was responsible for designing Literati's mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.

The primary challenges that we faced

The primary challenge I faced as a freelance designer was creating a mobile application that was both user-friendly and consistent with the Literati brand, while also enabling parents to easily accomplish tasks such as extending their subscriptions, adding additional children, and seeking inspiration from other parents.

Factors that have influenced user behavior

An essential aspect of the design was ensuring that parents could easily access their child's books and also benefit from curated content and inspiration from other parents through a visually pleasing and well-designed feed feature within the Literati mobile application.

Effect on achieving business objectives

Through our design efforts, we were able to successfully lower the churn rate and increase the Average Revenue per User (ARPU) for Literati.
